Best property by far in Bay City. Staff there are incredibly nice. Serve beer and wine for free 3 days a week and bring in pizza and foods like tacos, spaghetti. Hot water and great ac.
I am sure the place is great...If I am ever there. I received an email indicating I stayed there under my points when I DID NOT! My Hilton Awards were used for another person there. When I called and spoke to the operations mgr, she was defensive, rude, and stated "No one has EVER made a mistake here and I have been here for two years." I was astounded that such perfection exists! However, my honors account has personal information and SOMEONE used my account for another person's stay. hmmm....I would think that is a major mistake. She asked "What do you want out of this...more points?" her tone was horrid. When I asked who her top person was, she stated she was NUMBER two under the owner Mr. Patel. In other words, I had one of the top so I should know better. WOW! I will NEVER stay at this place ever!
Love this place! Staff & guests are very friendly & helpful. Has a nice comfortable area near the lobby to relax & visit.
I had a very pleasant stay. Staff was always nice. Only problem I had was the laundry machines and dryer were lousy. Other than that I have no complaints. I would definitely stay here again if I come to Bay City.
Hotel is nice, rooms are a bit small having little room around beds. Breakfast is quite good.
