I'm not sure why this place has so many bad reviews. I was satisfied with the room and the service. The room was clean service was adequate. My only concern is that the breakfast could have been a little better
Moderately clean. Inexpensive. You get what you pay for here, which isn't much.
We stayed at this hotel when we were evacuated during Hurricane Harvey. We paid for two nights and were charged twice equaling over $400. We paid cash and they asked for a credit card for incidentals, they also charged our card. I called the manager, the next day when i noticed the transaction, to rectify the matter, he was rude and a one point hung up the phone on me. When I let him know that I would call the authorities about the situation he threatened to have me removed from the room, since it was my husband's name on the registration and not mine. I had to call back several times and the situation has still not been handled.
Very acomidating wonderful fun with the family, cozy with a partner just altogether a great time assistant MGR.Chris is the number 1 go to guy for all of the were to go places.
Enjoyed the friendly service, very clean room, comfortable beds and pillows, quiet air conditioner, pet friendly motel. Yes, this is an older, experienced motel, but seems well maintained.
