When I pulled into Sonic I was the only vehicle in the whole entire parking lot. The intercom service was very un warming as if I was bothering them and they never said thank you at all. It took them 15 minutes to deliver my food and the screen said carhop is delivering my food but took 10 more minutes. A car pulled up complaining why is it taking so long at the ordering window and why she had to pull up to window just to order. Its always a bad situation at the Bay City location. When I finally got my food I asked what took them so long when I was the only car in the beginning and she said cooks had problems in the kitchen. I sure don't want to go back there.
Okay. It's now 10/21/15 and Sonic has screwed up my husbands order. Why he went back I'll never understand. He ordered 2 Super Sonic CB, one EL cheese coney plus add jalepenos and a Chicken strip dinner. He didn't think to check the order to make sure it was right before leaving. (We live 12 mi. outside of town). Got home and had received 2 single meat CB, a coney with no jalapenos, and a strip dinner with 4 "little chickie" strips. I called the store for a full hour complain and their phone must have been off the hook-I couldn't get through. I called corporate and filed another complaint, just like I did last time. I haven't received a call back from the store about this instance. It's been a week. I called back with my reference number today and they are resubmitting my complaint to the store. They said they would annotate that "I was expecting a call back" What did they think I was expecting as a resolution before? This Sonic has been steadily been going downhill for approximately 10 years. When are the owners going to get a clue? How do I get corporate to get involved?Why do I even care?
They seem to have problems between taking the order & cooking the food. The order comes out pretty crazy....

Previous post (11 months prior)-Well, "Big Surprise"-My order was screwed up AGAIN. I am thoroughly tired of this place and am not sure how they stay in business. Their ordering equipment is falling apart to the point if it is still working they tie wrap/tape it to keep it together. They never put together a quality product. Half the time its cold or just old stuff that's been sitting around. They constantly mess up orders. Either by adding another item to your bill that you never ordered, by forgetting to put an item you did order in your bag or on your sandwich. I've personally had it---And if you take my advice---Just go somewhere else. You'll be much happier.
I like the food but very rarely can I place an order that does not get messed up in some way.
Went to 3 different stalls waited over 5 mi tues at each no one would answer. Finally seen someone pass by got his attention he went inside and go ally they responded
