OMG don't go here. My friend was told to brush her own hair and repeatedly told what bad condition it was in. Then the lady was ripping right through the tangles making my friends head yank backwards! Crazy! My friend waited it out to get her hair finished but will never go back.
I got a hair cut yesterday and the lady who cut my hair couldn't even smile. Not sure if she was having a bad day but she took it out on my hair. I have thick textured hair and this lady took a comb to my hair and ripped through my hair. This was the most painful hair cut I've ever had in my life. I got out of the chair tearing up trying too hold my tears back. This is the worst experience I've ever had.
Walked in stood for 20 mins waiting for ANYONE to see me or even show their face...nothing... I was the only person in the store. Won't be back.
I wasn't expecting much when I decided to give this place a try. So I wasn't suprised at how disappointed my friend and I left. We arrived and told them we wanted a cut a blow dry. After waiting 20-30 minutes (we were told it would be that long so the wait isn't the issue), we were told we could onlyget cuts. Apparently, on Saturdays they only do cuts. The lady who cut my hair did well on the cut. But she was rude, made fun of my English, and was overall stuck up. We were told by someone else that cut my friend told us the company prefers quantity over quality. So instead of 5 happy customers they prefer 10 mediocrely happy customers. What a shame.
