I've been going there over a year & always left pleased. Both owners have done my nails excellently. Treated very well. No complaints for nails or pedi. I am rather picky too.
When I got my first pedicure from here, it was the best one I have ever had! With saying that the first time I got my acrylic nails from there they asked if it was my first time being there and I said yes. It seemed like once they knew that the lady gave me a bad nail job. I do recommend getting a pedicure and manicure from Bay Dreams but not to get an acrylic nail job from here.
They are very bad! !! I would like to report them to some one she made my toes bleed. They are not to make you bleed and your feet hurt for days after. This is just BAD.
Ivy and Ty (the owners) are extremely rude. She started my manicure after I told her I was looking for a new shop, and considering them, she was still rude. She was rushing me, pulling my hands, being very aggressive, and making ugly comments. I told her she was hurting me and got mad and stated that my nails were done bad the last time I got them done and she was trying to fix them. I was talking to my mom, who was also planning on getting a manicure, and she had an attitude about that as well. After a little while of all of this I told her she was being very rude she stood up and walked away and said she's not doing my nails. She acted like a child and in my opinion this is no way to run a business. I highly recommend looking for a different shop. I definitely will be.
It was not a good 1st time visit. I had to wait 15 min. when there were not many customers then the lady could not understand i did not want acrylics on my toes for pedicure. I finally had to dry my feet and walk away. The owner came and asked if his wife could please help me. I did appreciate his concern and worked with them to turn the situation around. Failure in communication may become a problem for this business.
