Mostly a good place but WiFi is kinda sketchy and they should get their dumpsters emptied more frequently.
A Good place to stay when in the area.(Good Points) People working for RV park are very nice. There is shade and spots are spacey. Great neighbors. (Bad Points) When I drove in and set trailer up the area around and on spot had a lot of cigarette butts, wrappers, bottle caps from beer, water and sodas. During a big rain the area under trailer and in our front door flooded and took days to dry up. (This caused mud and it was tracked into our trailer no matter how hard you tried to wipe shoes or feet).
Sewer watering makes for a horrid smell through out the day, prices on store items are $1 to $5 more than other places in town and wifi is never consistent or reliable. Water pressure in bathrooms is a trickle at best. Washer and dryers are the cheapest in town but still will cost around $3 for a small load. That being said the price for space rent is decent and the staff is pleasant and prompt with getting back to you. Don't try to leave a voicemail at the office the box is always full and try to ignore the blaring dial tone in the background when the staff answers.
Quite, lots are away from the road noise & large enough for BBQ pit and/or easy up. Plenty of greenbelt for dogs to exercise. Convenience store/restaurant (best burgers) at entrance to the park with friendly helpful staff. Located minutes from Tenaris & Chevron/Philips plants. Laundromat & showers on location. Reasonable rates include water, Wi-Fi & cable tv. Enjoy watching the wildlife.
