Good friendly service

*EDIT* After multiple complaints the lady that delivered mail to my office has become much nicer, and actually picks up the mail now. Unfortunately, the carrier that delivers to my house still thinks leaving mail in my driveway is a great idea. I have complained about multiple damages because of this because I have a covered front porch that is only a few steps farther, but that carrier is lazy and would rather ruin my mail/packages than take a few extra steps. A few weeks ago they slid a box across the hood of my car, and left all of my mail sitting on the hood of my car.

WTF has the world come to, when to United States Postal Service, refuses to even deliver the mail? I have a small package that is supposed to be arriving today, but they refuse to bring it to my door in my Apt. complex. I'm here. At home, waiting for it. Because the office here cant/wont accept packages for residents, the Post Office decides that, screw it, we just wont deliver packages at all anymore.

Employees are always friendly usually 10 min wait

The people that deliver mail for this post office are some of the most incompetent people I have ever had the misfortune to come in contact with. They throw packages to the front door so they dont have to take a few extra steps, they cram packaged that do not fit in the mail box in it, and they will just leave packages in the driveway. So they have broken glass items, they have left things that shouldn't get wet in a cardboard box in the driveway to get rained on, and have crammed things so tightly in the mail box that I had to rip a box apart to even get it dislodged.

When I first moved to Bay City we had a very nice, dependable mail carrier. Unfortunately she had a stroke. We miss her, she was a sweetheart. Since then we have had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS with our mail delivery. Mail is put in the wrong boxes, outgoing/returned mail doesn't get picked up for weeks. Even in a neighborhood where the mailboxes are on a stand of about 10 -12 boxes, these people who are paid "Civil Servants" can't be bothered to place the mail in the proper boxes. The current carrier is so busy talking on his phone he doesn't even notice when someone is trying to get his attention. I'd hate to think what would happen if a child walked in front of him. If he's that absorbed in his phone conversation that he can't see an adult waving for him from the edge of the road, the he is a danger behind the wheel.
