I'm from Louisiana and I've never seen a police department so good. Got pulled over for an out headlight and the cop was very courteous to inform me and let me on my way. Also had my vehicle left unlocked one night at the hotel and they go around at night to check to see if any are left unlocked, if they are not locked they leave a notice on your car that you failed the vehicle safety test. Never seen that done anywhere. Very cool and a way of staying proactive for keeping car burglaries down.
