Two plumbers came by the same day I called. They recognized the problem right way and fixed it a few minutes. They even cleaned up after the repair. I was very pleased by the experience.
Still no call....just message that states "Enter Remote Access Code"
No one answers your phone and then it asks for a remote access code.
Phone must be down
No one answers. And the one time someone answered. I was told someone would call and let me when they were able to come out. 2 wks later and still haven't heard from any one.
