Thought this was going to be a great place when it opened..however rude managers (Clint), I have seem other reviews with this same issue with this manager, if you order food it takes forever to get it and when you do it's cold, arcade is great as far as the games go turning in your tickets can be a challenge..not staffed all the time, have ruined it already. I have not been on the bowling alley so can't say if it's good or bad at 22.00 an hour, its to rich for my pocket book. I had high hopes for this place sadly if they don't make some changes in management and customer service they won't be around long.
Very nice theatre. It's new, opened earlier this year. The theatre has reclining seats, clean restrooms, the concession stand is easily accessible, and bonus: you can order food and have it delivered to your seat. If you don't feel like watching a movie, the bar and grill has comfortable seating inside, or even outside on their covered patio. There's a nice game room and bowling alley to keep you actively entertained.
Where do I begin with this place? This is a new place and three of us visited about 3 weeks after opening on a Monday night. My first impression upon walking in was that it was nice place. We bought our tickets for a 6:50 showtime and then ordered our food. You order you food at a separate counter before even entering the theater. There were only 2 cashiers so I cant imagine how long the line is when this place is busy. We waited about 5 minutes to place our order. Food is decently priced ($51 for three people) but soft drinks are $5 a piece, no other options besides alcohol. After placing our order we entered the theater and found our seats. The theater is decently sized and has nice leather reclining seats, for the ones that work anyway. There were about 10 people in our movie who had to change seats because the power recline did not work on their seat, we were one of these people. Movie starts and our buzzer rings indicating our food is ready. They do not bring it to your seat, you have to get up and go to a counter at the bottom of the theater to pick it up. So we get our food, take it back to our seats and inspect it upon receiving. The food was cold, very cold, the order was incorrect and incomplete. At this point the movie is about 15 minutes in and we have not been able to enjoy it at all thus far. So we kindly request a refund for our food as it is not what we ordered and did not want to deal with it anymore missing our movie. The waiter goes and attempts the refund and returns later to say he could not grant our request. We kindly tell him to go and try again. He goes and then comes back and says he cannot do it and hands us four free movie tickets for a future date. At this point we are fed up with it and take them and enjoy the rest of our movie. After the movie we go and find the manager and request a refund. The first manager we talk to gets rude and tries to argue with us and does not grant the refund. So he goes and gets another manager who refunds our money without any hassle. Needless to say our first impression was terrible with this place and probably will not be returning any time soon as we gave back the four free movie tickets given to us. BAD SEATS, VERY COLD FOOD, POOR SERVICE, RUDE STAFF....NOT A GOOD NIGHT!!!
The movie theater was a very comfortable place the seats recline . The food was perfect the waiter was very good. Even with a bar they keep it a family place to have fun and enjoy family time. The arcade and bowling alley is really great for kids of all ages.
This place is great for date night. I loved the theater and the seats are so comfortable. My only complaint is on the food. I order surf and turf and the shrimp was gross and I asked for my steak well done and it was very rare. I don't send food back anywhere always afraid that they will do something. Which I should have known not to order that at a place like that. My husband said the hamburgers are great.
