I would def leave 0 stars if it let me. All the clerks that work there seem to be extremely rude. I've gone in person and have called them and both times they seemed annoyed when I asked questions. I am an extremely happy person and never leave bad reviews or any reviews to that matter but they need some service excellence education. Hate going up there even if it's a couple times out of the year. (Jackie and Cheryl=rude, rude , rude) would love to go back up there to see a positive atmosphere.
Very Difficult county to deal with. It took 2 e-mails to Ms. Hallmark to get her to reply. The reply did not address my problem or concerns with the taxed account.. It was a form e-mail. Very disappointed with the way I was treated. They were taxing on property no longer owned. Only county I have dealt with in Texas that I have had a problem with.
