The staff was so courteous, and made me feel comfortable. The jeweler is knowledgeable and has a fast turnaround time. I brought my three wedding bands in to be sized up, soldered together, and rhodium plated and it was done in one week (they quoted me two)! A diamond fell out of my wedding band the day I picked it up, and the jeweler repaired it on the spot, the same day, for no extra charge.
