Usually super crowded, so that makes it pretty annoying, but it's well stocked and always has good deals. I've never seen all the registers being used at the same time, so it would be neat to take a few out and replace them with some self check outs. Sometimes all you need is 1 or 2 items, and it's a pain to wait in a line 10 people deep.
This HEB is usually crowded but lines are kept short but having a good number of checkout lanes open. Coupons are helpful also and it seems as if they've recently increased their amount of free samples. Bakery staff is available and helpful.
This whole store is fabulous and much better than walmart. Would rather shop here than walmart
Check out always have a smile, sackers are very nice to talk to and willing to help if you need it. It's nice when you go shopping and stockers always ask if you need help and willing to guide you to where you need to be,only bad thing is they always sell out on Cowboys merchandise need to put more
As always, the employees were helpful. One helped me find the Belvita biscuits and the checker noticed that the Puff tissues that came free with the Charmin were not in the basket; the emplyee sacking the groceries was very sweet and hurried and retrieved them. She also was very conscientious while she put the frozen and cold food in the HEB bags. Purchasing groceries is a chore but its really nice for employees to be kind, considerate, and helpful.
