Any interaction I've had with service technicians has been polite and professional. The team is knowledgeable and very willing to help answer any questions about services and product warranties. Awesome service, they helped me fix a really loud squeaking noise with my car, and repaired my tires all for really cheap! They don't try to upsell you a ton of extra stuff, they just want to help! I wish they had a place in Houston... I was just passing through and they helped out a ton!! Also they close at 1pm on Saturday.
