So bc Alexis or the other girl or me could have scratched it putting the case on....BTW there were no scratches on it when I bought it in bc i looked and I didn't use it.....

Being a Verizon customer for years I have not had any bad experiences I love they way they greet me as I come in , always fix my problems with all my devices Alexis Garcia is the best , she is such a great help and her employees are so helpful I recommend my Verizon store in bay city ,

DID I SAY THAT THE SALES MANAGER SENT A TEXT (which before the text they were taking the phone back..and she was the one who got the commission from my purchase!!) THEN THEY WERE WHISPERING AND LOOKING AT MY PHONE!!

WORST PLACE TO BUY A PHONE!!

I bought a Samsung 8s plus at 535pm yesterday and I realized I didn't like it. To fancy just needed a construction phone bc I drop it and my son uses my phone. I didn't even take the charger out of the box or anything. I put it back in the bag and tried to return it today AT 230ISH to get a different phone. They say u have 14 days well that's a lie. Bc obviously less than 24hrs after I bought it they won't take it bc the otterbox ALEXIS THE SALES MANAGER put an on it and then the ANOTHER ASSOCIATE today did again trying to get my screen protector on must of scratched the top. I WANTED a SCREEN PROTECTOR which they DID NOT have at WIRELESS ZONE. So i had to get a 20 dollar one at walmart it was a pro glass

I CAN NOT return a $900.00 dollar phone bc it has tiny minut scratches which were CAUSED by the $63.00 dollar OTTERBOX CASE I BOUGHT TO PROTECT IT in which the SALES MANAGER PUT ON MY PHONE for me! Then another associate today trying to convince me to keep it.

Slow!! Had a lot of personal drama! They did take,care of my husbands cell phone problem after about 30-40mins..
